Holiday Shop Like a Boss!

Do you want to save this holiday season and shop like a boss? You don't need to leave your family on Thanksgiving or wake up early the next morning. All you need is your computer, tablet or phone and you're off to the races. Plus, no shoes no shirt no problem, but it's totally cold so your girl has like two to three layers on at all times.  How do I find the best deals?

My secret weapon is Ebates! This not only gives me cash back at my favorite stores, but it also acts as my personal shopper. I get emails showing me all the best black Friday's deals and before I checkout, Ebates will load all the promo codes that are active for that site! No more code searching! But that's not all, if I'm shopping at another site they will notify me if that item is cheaper somewhere else. No more shopping around! This has really upped my Holiday game and has helped me save even more money throughout the year.


Another site that I love to shop at is Etsy!

They have some of the cutest and most unique gifts out there! You can even get items personalized! The cool thing is most of these items are hand made from craftsmen all around the world. I have some pictures here of my favorite items I've found to date. My doormat and outdoor pillow are some of my favorite new decor finds. These are perfect examples of some things you would never find in a store and the prices are totally reasonable. Look at the amazing gift I gave my husband for our ten year anniversary. Our wedding song is engraved into the metal! Seriously addicted to Etsy. I also got almost all of my decor for my sons bedroom there. Added bonus is the 1% Ebates cash back!


Another site to save that coin is Poshmark! (get $5 off your first purchase with my code shestheposh)

They don't just have used items but new with tag items on your favorite brands. Since you buy from regular people, you're able to make offers and get items for way less than the best of the best Black Friday sales. What I like to do before I buy a clothing or accessory items new from any store, is check Poshmark to see if someone is selling it. For example, I got these pink Sperry boots for $50 new on Poshmark. They were original $120 and were on sale at Nordstrom Rack for $79. I check Poshmark first before purchasing and there it was! The color and size I wanted in new condition, just didn't come with the box or tags. You should never pay full retail ever!


My last favorite site to holiday shop is Thredup.

What I like to do (since they are an online resell shop) is send them my gently used clothing, shoes and bags. They will then give me either a store credit or visa gift card. I always choose the store credit. They have so many items to choose from and you can search by size, brand and condition. I was able to get my sister three sweaters for Christmas last year and they all were new with tags from her favorite brands. I also got them for less than the cost of one new sweater in store. And if you use the credit option it really helps to stretch your Holiday budget. Everyone will think that you spent too much and you will smile because you know you nailed it!

I hope you never ever ever pay full retail again. There's no need with online shopping. I want you to raise you right hand and repeat after me. I  (state your name) will never pay full retail again.
